Staff was very friendly and professional. The shop is very accommodating and transparent with their customers. I went in for a brake fluid flush, but they found some other issues that were requiring repair. Instead of trying to make a quick buck and convincing me all the repairs needed to be done right then and there, I was told which issues were more urgent and which could wait and was in no way pressured to get any of them done that day. I had the front left and right control arms replaced and alignment performed on my 2012 BMW 328i.
